Echinococcus Granulosus

Does anyone know of a good parasitologist and/or surgeon familiar with 
Echinococcus Granulous on CT and Ultra Sound in the human liver and 
kidney in Southern California?

Also the best tests (blood work etc) and lab to indentify it.
