Ms. Keeler,
Most university libraries carry a journal called the Zoological record
(or zoologiacal index or zoological abstracts or something like that).
It lists every animal by genus and species. And it gives reference to
all papers written about it for each year. It is an excellent reference
to use to look up parasites for a species published that year. It
should take only part of an afternoon to look up all of the data you
need for an excellent review of the literatiure which will give you more
than what you need. Sadly there is no good interent search utility that
does this job that I know of. Good luck to you and please let me know
how it turn out.
