I am Prof. Barbosa from Brazil, Parasitology, UCB (Universidade Católica de Brasília). We want to establish a Trichomonas model. Sorry about the ignorance, but I was used to work with Trypanosoma. I would like to know about a murine model of Trichomonas. Is there a murine model? Which is the parasite specie? How to cultivate it in vitro, and how to infect mice? Please I would like to colaborate with someone. We intend to study molecular aspects of this parasite. I would appreciate any information about it.
