Blastocystis hominis and Dientamoeba fragilis

I'm trying to find out whether other labs report these two organisms
and if so, whether both, either or neither are considered pathogenic!

Do you identify them in wet preps or by staining only? If so, what
stains?

Also, what staining method do you use for Cryptosporidia? Modified Zn
or Phenol auramine?
