Giardia may survive that - depending on the altitude Cryptosporidium might 
as well.  Iodine tablets seem pretty good - chlorine will work but the two
I've mentioned above may survive that as well.  A good thirty minutes of
boiling is better - even more so is a filter, at least 4microns though a
1 micron filter would be better (Microsporidea).

Botulism is heat resistant - I think that quite a few others are as well.

As for terms to search for: disenfection, organisms with non-human 
reservoirs - you can also probably find information through health 
departments.
