I use commercial media (Orion Diagnostica, Finland) for Trichomonas vaginalis. Unfortunately, I find out the motionless forms of parasites in clinical material in most cases, especially in men. It's a pity, but I can't subculture motionless forms of T.vaginalis and to receive the typical mobile forms. Have you such problem in your lab? How you decide them?
