I am having problems seeing microtubules at the ultrasructural level
in Fasciola hepatica. I have tried standard techniques of fixation of
1mm strips of tissue with gluteraldehyde and tannic acid at various
concentrations and at both low temp/37 C. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.
