not necessary and that direct smears may be adequate for diagnosis.
They found that their modified trichrome stain gave the best results but
that normal Gram's stain could also be used.
If anyone have any suggestions on a better method to use or have any
comments on the one I'm using now, like should I try concentration methods
with the urine etc. please reply either to the group or my email
