Hello,
a year ago,a group of researchers in the Netherlands,led by Ron Peek
developed single round PCR for the detection of Dientamoeba
fragilis,which is highly sensitive,and can be performed from faeces old
up to 7 days if stored at RT.I tried to contact Dr.Peek,but no reply
from him(i just wonder why?).Does anyone here know is there a lab that
can do this PCR?Answers will be greatly appreciated!
