[Parasitology] Hageman Factor or Factor XII--Parasite Effects

Donna Beales via parasite%40net.bio.net (by DBeales from LowellGeneral.org)

I have identified a few different species of parasites that have been
shown to dampen the effect of factor XII in human blood (this is a
clotting factor).

I am not a parasitology expert and am hoping to locate someone who can
speak to this effect.

My specific question is whether or not this dampening effect is species
specific, or if it is theoretically (or actually) a property of all

I'm grateful for any assistance.
