Dear all
I'm new member of the mailing list. I work in University of Udine (Italy).
In this moment I need help to identify a parasite. Unfortunately in the
taxonomic atlas that I have it there isn't. This nematode beoloning to
superfamily Metastrongyloidea and it is in the lung of red panda in an
Italian zoo. Fortunately in the lung I found some male adult and so I can
attach an image.
So I hope someone can help me identify it or at least give me some advice to
those who ask. I suppose I can belong to the family Crenosomatidae: perhaps
a Paracrenosoma.
Thanks in advance
Best regards from Italy
