Hi Netters,
Could anybody send me an alignment (protein) of some rubisco genes
from a variety of organisms. I'm just getting into this area and the database
has loadsa rubiscos and It's going to take a while to get through them and
tease out what I need. Small subunit as well as large needed and spanning
a large phylogenetic spectrum please.
