Does anyone have experience at removing EPR-detectable copper from mmembrane proteins? I am preparing to use diethyl dithiocarbamate. Does anyone have other reagents to suggest for this application. I would like the remaining proteins to be as little distrubed as possibel, of course. Any help would be greatly a;ppreciated.
