New methods for getting NICELIST

Dear Colleagues,
   I have arranged (courtesy of Dave Kristofferson) for PHOTOSYN NICELIST to
be stored at the BIOSCI node (net.bio.net).

NOTE - The first attempt resulted in storage of an encoded version.  This will
be promptly fixed.

This means that the file is now available via:-

FTP      node=net.bio.net
         path=pub/BIOSCI/PHOTOSYNTHESIS/PHOTOSYN.NICELIST
         (alternative filename PHOTOSYN.NIC)
