Leaf disc el., glyceraldehyde + photorespiration

     First : Does anybody know the proper mechanism of inhibition
of photorespiration by glyceraldehyde ?

     Second :  What is the reason  of decrease (transient change)
of oxygen evolution measured by Hansatech leaf-disc electrode du-
ring 2nd minute after the light on ?
