Dear friends,
I want to conduct a series of in vivo fluoresc. measurments.
My material is Rhodobacter capsulatus grown on PYE plates. I
know about resuspending colonies in 50% glycerol or sucrose, or
in BSA, then freeze the suspension at 77K. Any other
suggestion, e.g., thin layer of colonies? How to doit, and what
kind of support?
