Does anyone know the turnover no (kcat's) and Km's
for aldolase, transketolase, sedoheptulose bisphosphatase
and any of the other enzymes in the Calvin Cycle?
I am interested in the regulation of the pathway and
the bottlenecks that would occur if the pathway
were not subject to in vivo stresses; ie what
are the slowest enzymes in the cycle and what are their
turnover numbers???
