You usually have to use only 0.5 to 1 mM of Pi in the medium in order
to see the other (more interesting) peaks in plant cells (if you have a
fairly dense cell sample). I have done experiments using up to 50 mM Pi
in the medium but then it is not too easy to analyse the other peaks
close to it...
