Hi photosynthesis workers
I would like to inhibit the violaxanthin deepoxidase in isolated
thylakoid membranes with DTT. The medium contains 5 to 10 mM ascorbate
at a pH of 5.2 . Does anybody have experience what concentrations of DTT
are necessary to inhibit the violaxanthin deepoxidase under these
conditions ?
