I've been doing expirimentation on this topic using a certain type of
Euphorbia [an African succulent], Euphorbia Drewpiferia to be exact, and
I'm trying to catalog reactions in C-4 plants to ultraviolet stimulus in
regards to visible spectrum light. Anyway, one plant I'd like to test is
your average everyday crabgrass, but I can't seem to find anybody who
sells a predictable strain of this plant. If anyone happens to know of a
supplier, I'd be overwhelmingly thankful.
While I'm begging for help, I've been having trouble finding a
straight chemical formula for a milky chemiucal substance in the leafs of
the euphorbia. I'm fairly sure that the chemical is somehow related to the
chemical extracted from rubber plants to make rubber... but I sure can't
make rubber out of this stuff. Help!!!
Thanks
