Firstly, thank you all very much for the rapid and detailed responses, I
will respond to all correspondence ASAP.
However, one major problem occured with my email message, the DCMU
concentrations I used were 100 *micro*molar to 1 *micro*molar, not molar as
seen in the message. The font that I used on my Mac used the symbol "mu",
however the symbol was not transferred from the listserver. I have learnt
a very good lesson, write the word don't use font symbols. Sorry for any
confusion.
