Hi,
I am an undergraduate at the U of Pittsburgh working in an ecology lab.
We are currently test driving three IRGA's(LI-COR LI-6400, ADC LCA4, and
PP Systems CIRAS-1) to replace our worn out LCA3. I was wondering if
anyone out there has had experience with any of these machines.
Eventually we are going to use them to measure single leaf and whole plant
photosynthesis on Arabidopsis so if anyone has suggestions, especially on
measuring whole plant, it would be greatly appreciated.
