Fluorescence microscopy of chloroplasts

Hi,

I've been going through all the databases, and checking through all the
books I could find on the subject and can't seem to find what I'm looking
for.
I would like to have a method of viewing chloroplasts by fluorescence
microscopy to make viewing the grana easier than by regular light
microscopy. If anyone knows of a paper published in this topic or could
tell me themself what the protocol is for this procedure it would be
greatly appreciated. [I have found much literature on chlorophyll
fluorescence, but nothing specifically on whether this can be applied to
microscopy; although I distinctly remember seeing this technique
somewhere once, I just can't for the life of me remember where].
