Currently I am working on cAMP mediated signaling in guard cell
protoplasts of Vicia faba. Particularly I am interesting in
cAMP regulated protein kinases and would like to test a possible
alteration in protein phosphorylation after [cAMP] increases in cytosol
using caged cAMP.
Regarding to this, could anybody send me a protocol dealing to loading of
plant protoplasts with caged cAMP, and relevant callibration.
