I bought a new spectrofluorometer (model, Kontron SFM 25) recently. I
want to use it to study the effect of salt stress on the distribution of
excitation energy between photosystem II and I in cyanobacterium
Spirulina platensis. However, it has only the room temperature holder
for cuvette but no low temperature (77K) holder. We ever asked for help
from the Kontron company but they said they do not produce low
temperature accessory. If you know the company which produces this low
temperature holder for spectrofluorometer please tell me its address and
