Gas phase oxygen measurements

Hello,

I wondered if anyone could provide me with some advice. I am in the process
of selecting a sensor to measure O2 production in the gas phase as a
measure of photosynthesis. We have a given size of chamber and in order to
select the right sensor I need to get some ballpark figures on rates of O2
production/time for a few organisms. I appreciate that there will be great
varaiability depending on conditions, but a general ballpark would be of
great help if someone could throw some figures.

Furthermore if anyone has any experience on O2 gas phase measurement as a
measure of photosynthesis, I would be interested in hearing.

Many thanks in advance.
