Carotenoids units

Dear group
Has anybody know how I can convert the carotenoids in mg/l to micromoles/l?
I have obtained the initial concentration by Jaspars equation. The analysis
was made considering the absorvance of carotenoids at A450 (following
Jaspars' method)
