I am a writer researching a futuristic story whereby transmissions of light
at varying frequencies, colors, patterns, perhaps over computer screens, are
creating genetic effects or mutations by affecting neural receptors in the
brain.
Can such an effect be rationalized scientifically, and if so, how?
