We are studying the localisation of different chloroplast proteins in
Arabidopsis, and we believe one of these proteins is associated with =
the
inner envelop membrane. To test the purity of our intrachloroplastic
fractions, we are using antibodies specific for known chloroplast
proteins (i.e., rubisco for stroma, LHCPII for thylakoids) but we hav=
e
no antibody for a specific envelop membrane protein. Does anyone have
such an antibody and is willing to send us a small aliquot?
