Dear Colleagues,
1. - As significant accumulation of triplet P680 during
photoinhibition occurs only when reduced QA is protonated (or lost),
I would like to know an exact mechanism of protonation of QA- and a
time constant of this process. Thus, if you know any reference to
this topic, please, inform me.
2. - It is known, that the same as PSII, also OEC is heterogenous.
Thus, I would like to know more about the heterogeneity of OEC,
particularly about "slow" OEC, and again, time constants of S-state
transitions of these "slow" OECs. Thus, if you know any reference to
this topic, please, inform me again.
Please send information directly to lazard at seznam.cz
Thank you very much for your help.
Yours sincerely,
Dusan Lazar
