<P>I used to do a photosynthesis lab with my students which used firefly
<BR>lantern extract to show that isolated chloroplasts made ATP. I have lost
<BR>the original protocol which I picked up at an ASPP meeting years ago.
<BR>The last two years the lab has not worked and I don't know why. Can some
<BR>one direct me to the author of the original lab so I can get a proper
<BR>protocol and see what error has crept in? <BR></P></FONT></DIV>
