Dear Photosynthesis Community,
I am interested in obtaining a PSII deficient mutant of Synechocystis sp.
PCC 6803. I'd prefer a mutant that has a deletion in some critical
component, preferably on the oxidizing end of PSII, so that it can't
produce O2 but otherwise has functional photosynthetic capabilities, e.g.,
it can photophosphorylate and transfer excitation from phycobilisomes to
RCs.
