I am working on the PS I particles. I have a question in purification of
the particles. Please let me know if you know the answer.
How can I get rid of the sucrose after running a sucrose gradient?
The sucrose gradient contains 8%-32% sucrose and 10% of glycol. Once I
separate the monomer and the trimmer of the PS I from the gradient it
takes lot of time to concentrate them (using a filter) since it
contains sucrose and glycol.
