By way of introduction, my name is Corinna Klupiec - I am a producer with
Classroom Video, a company based in Sydney Australia that makes educational
videos for school students.
I'm currently working on a program for senior high school students on the
uses of radioisotopes. This will include a section on autoradiography using
the example of Carbon 14 and photosynethesis. I've been having difficulty
locating a good quality picture of a whole leaf autiradiograph (the ones
with dark photosynthetic areas/unexposed veins). So far I have only found
some diagrams and unusable photos.
I need either a printed image that is of sufficiently good quality to film
with video or an electronic image (preferred) - either way, preferably one
that will attract no (or minimal) royalties (our budget and circulation are
modest....).
If anyone could suggest a possible source, or the name of someone I could
talk to further, I'd be most grateful.
