Dear Colleagues
Please note that the PSII Royal Society Meeting on the 13th and 14th March
2002 , is an open meeting with no registration fee. Therefore there is no
closing date for registration and you can simply turn up on the day. The RS
does appreciate, however, if you do register so that they have some idea of
the numbers expected and also this gives you an opportunity to order and
pay for tea and coffee. Note they do not acknowledge your registration.
We will provide space to hang Posters and if you bring an Abstract of its
content we will consider its publication in the Proceedings.
Would you please let me or the RS know if you intend to hang a poster and
provide us with the title etc.
Regarding accommodation, you will need to make your own arrangements since
the RS does not take on this responsibility except for the invited speakers.
Jan Anderson and I believe that this will be a fun and exciting meeting
and we will be pleased to have you come along and actively participate (in
discussions/presenting posters)
