Postdoctoral positions are currently available in the laboratory of
Professor F. Robert Tabita to study aspects of (a) the
biochemistry/enzymology of RubisCO and RubisCO-like proteins from
archaea and photosynthetic bacteria and (b) the molecular regulation
of CO2 fixation in green sulfur (Chlorobium) and nonsulfur purple
photosynthetic bacteria (Rhodobacter and Rhodopseudomonas).
Applicants should have a Ph.D. in microbiology/molecular
biology/biochemistry or related discipline and have considerable
experience in molecular biology and biochemistry. Please E-mail or
