Hello
We have found Fo to increase with addition of DCMU, after 30 minutes
dark adaption, in relation to well designed controls. As most of the
experiment is done in the dark, we feel that we are not
photoinhibiting the PSII's, but this leaves us no explanation of why
Fo increases with DCMU addition. Does anyone have any suggestions?
