Dear Photosynthetikers:
The word "Photosynthetikers" was used by Professor Jack Myers of Texas.
He is a pioneer of photosynthesis research and is now 94 years old. I went
to see him in Texas, and present to you his photograph (with Volume 20:
Discoveries in Photosynthesis, Advances in Photosynthesis and Research,
Springer, Dordrecht). Please enjoy his photograph (he is smiling and said
for the book: "It is magnificient") as it is on my web page at:

I also invite you to see the web pages of other recent Volumes (19:
Chlorophyll Fluorescence; 21: Photoprotection; 22: Photosystem II; 23:
Plastids; 24 : Photosystem I (to be released by December, 2006); and 25

Have a nice summer and a great time,
