[Photosynthesis] PSI and?or PSII are enzymes ???

Dears,

Can you confirm if PSII or/and PSI could be classified as enzymes? I
found
only few papers confirming that hypothesis e.g. those of Prof. James
Barber
from Imperial College Lon­don.

I would be pleased if you can direct me to other information sources
or send
me some related to this topic papers and explain why we can consider
PSII or
PSI are enzymes. May be we can consider PSII as enzyme due OEC work
but that only a part of PSII ?
