USDA WHITE PAPER ON HEMP
In Oct of 1995 one of our sources recovered a USDA White Paper on
Hemp as an alternative to Tobacco. First published in the True
Hemp Journal our bi-monthly magazine about industrial hemp. Normally
we would hold back an article we just published in our mag but this
is to important a document not to let you have access now.
BEATLES DO HEMP !!
As a part of the release of their new album the Beatles are selling
hemp products. Products include Wallets, Bags, and Hats.
A BILL FOR STATES TO TRANSFER CONTROL OF INDUSTRIAL HEMP
OVER TO THE DEPT OF AGRICULTURE.
This is a model for a bill that would give your state what
Minnesota had for over fifty (50) years. If you want to have your
state transfer the power to regulate hemp (on a state level) from
one agency to the States Dept. of Agriculture this is the
bill for you.
