To all,
We are interested on doing some microscopy on chloroplasts in
leaves that have undergone a state transition. What is the easiest way to
determine if a state transition has taken place in a whole leaf?
Presumably, modulated fluorescence is the best bet but which filters,
modulation frequencies, etc are the best to prove quickly but definitively
that a transition has taken place?
