Plant-ed: ABLE was not defined in the previous message announcing their 1996
meeting. For those who have not heard about it, ABLE stands for Association
for Biology Laboratory Education. On their letterhead is the statement:
"Since 1979, ABLE has served schools across Canada and the USA by facilitating
communication among biologists actively involved in laboratory instruction"
