need info wetland waste water treatment

Need information on Wetland Waste Water Systems.  This system is in
use in a few southeastern states.  Looking to use this system for 3 to
4 homes in N.C.  Understand the system was developed by a man in
Mississippi, or Tenn.  Need specifics or where I can get this
information.
