Dear Plant-Ed Netters:
I am planning to establish a tobacco cell suspension for use in my
undergrad plant physiology class next semester (Winter 1997). I am
presently looking for a very simple (read low cost, low tech) method to
isolate leaf mesophyll cells and maintain these cells in liquid culture.
Any time-tested protocols would be greatly appreciated!
