Venus Flytrap

  Venus flytraps like a moist atmosphere, which is usually not the case
indoors in the winter.  Put a clear plastic cup over it to improve the
moisture, but put a hole in the top so there is some air circulation to
avoid fungi.  The red is a response to bright sunlight and not likely to
occur indoors.  The pictures seem to have red more commonly than the
flytrap does.
