I am pleased to see that Scott shares some of the same fears I have in the
use of the internet for writing papers. I would prefer some of both.
Students can really learn a lot if they pose a question on the net, or get
info from a web page, then find a paper that contradicts what they found
on the net. They must then face real life decisions of who to believe and
why. It would not be an easy task, but the learning experience should be
great.
