I am currently trying to design an experiment to study water relations
consequences of increasing atmospheric CO2 concentration. But it is
difficult to determine what physiological parameter/s confers increased
drought resistance to plants? I have read that the ultimate aim for
drought resistance is to prevent cavititation events but I do not fully
understand this concept?
