oxygen bubbles from photosynthesis

Wisconsin fast plants work well as detailed in the Wisconsin Fast Plant
Manual (Carolina Biological Supply) which uses 5-ml syringes to apply a
vacuum. I have had success with coleus, which is useful to compare green
and nongreen leaf disks.
