I'm sorry, I did not mean to imply anything about your course. What
I meant is that the presentation of life cycles in books tends to confuse
students. I use Moore et al. now, and it seems to be ok. I used Raven et
al. previously, and students had a difficult time. Of course I was a
brand-spanking-new professor then, so this isn't much of a controlled
experiment.
