violation of federal law, and have been reported to The National Fraud
Information center (nfic at internetMCI.com), the IRS (afried at nocs.insp.irs.gov),
the Feds (enforcement at sec.gov., pyramid at ftc.gov, and fraud at uspis.gov.)
